QUOTATION MODULE

In this module, it contains sections of quotation information, company information, contact person, insured information, quotation change history, etc. It supports standard and customized terms and conditions, generation of invoices and receipts as well as automated policy renewal reminders.

In addition, the system incorporated eKYC to cope with the industry trend and Insurance Authority’s requirements on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). This can strengthen the capability in gatekeeping when registering new clients as well as assessing existing clients.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) MODULE

Double King is a customer management system developed from the perspective of an insurance broker. The CRM Module allows easy registration of clients and prospects (including corporate clients or individuals), identified by business type, lets broker/agent manage leads and deals, and filing claim cases, track communications, and automate workflow.

PAYMENT MODULE

Payment-related functions, such as payment details for company and insured, policy payout, payment method, unpaid amount, expired payment are all recorded in Payment Module.

Moreover, under the role-based access control, brokers/agent can view their commission payment record and commission record. The commission and brokerage are calculated after the levy monthly. Broker/agent can check these itemized records in the system within their access permission.

PRODUCT LIBRARY MODULE

In Product Library Module, operations staff upload the updated insurance products and relevant commission rates as well as levies. The system will then automatically calculate commissions to brokers and agents, based on their sales performance.

ACCOUNT MODULE

Define and add the user as someone who has access to Double King for registration and performing daily tasks. It is possible to add as many users as you need and, accounts and access rights can be added and changed at any point.

We classify Accounts into the following categories. The type of action each user can take or information can access is restricted.

– Broker/Agent Account

– Corporate Account

– Operations Staff Account

CLAIM MODULE

Claims can be logged and updated by filling in the required information. Claim payout status, amount, payable, payout method, the response from the insurance company, etc, are all recorded in Claim Module.

NOTIFICATION MODULE

Notification will be sent to clients when quotation, invoice, and payment are ready for their action via email or SMS.

Brokers and agents will receive notifications automatically based on their pre-defined types of notice and status updates that would trigger this function. For instance, quotations & claims pending information, quotation & claims declined, claims payout, etc.

The document alerts and deadline alerts also assist internal operations staff in optimising workflows and better coordination.

To avoid coverage lapses, Double King keeps an eye on the policy expiration date. Brokers and clients will be notified when the policy should be renewed before the expiry date.

REPORT MODULE

A list of reports is available for inquiry and download, such as Profit & Loss, various accounting reports, commission reports, re-insurance reports, payment/refund reports, agent reports, etc.

MOBILE APP

Download our mobile app – Double King, on mobile devices to input / check the latest information and request for quotation.

Double King Mobile App is developed to cater to the needs of different users:

Corporate clients and individuals can register, request quotations, access their data, initiate claims, receive notifications, make payments, upload payment records and set up the notification handily.

For the senior executives of an insurance broker, visualised dashboards and reports on sales, claims, P&L, etc. are provided to them with a bird’s eye view of business performance. The executives will also receive notifications on quotation and payment status updates via the App.

The brokers and agents can check the latest payment record, sales rates, commissions, cases, etc from the App. They can instantly assist the client to pick a suitable product and create new quotations as well.
